As BT-HS turns six, it marks not only another year of successful operation but also a journey of growth, empowerment, and leadership.
Since its inception, BT-HS has been at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the highways industry, and as it celebrates its sixth anniversary, it’s an opportune moment to reflect on the milestones achieved and the transformative changes that have shaped the company’s trajectory.
In the past year, BT-HS has undergone significant transformations, cementing its position as a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.
One of the most notable changes has been the introduction of an employee share scheme, a move that underscores the company’s commitment to empowering its workforce and fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.
The employee share scheme, detailed in a recent announcement, represents a significant milestone in BT-HS’s journey towards creating a more inclusive workplace environment.
By giving employees a stake in the company’s success, BT-HS is not only recognising their valuable contributions but also aligning their interests with the long-term goals of the organisation. This initiative not only enhances employee engagement and morale but also serves as a testament to BT-HS’s commitment
to collective success.
A change at the top
In addition to the introduction of the share scheme, BT-HS’ 6th year has also witnessed a management reshuffle, signalling a new era of leadership and strategic direction.
The promotion of Jason Grigg to the position of Commercial Manager reflects the company’s emphasis on nurturing talent from within and providing opportunities for professional growth.
With his extensive experience, Jason is poised to play a pivotal role in driving BT-HS’s commercial initiatives and spearheading its expansion efforts.
As BT-HS celebrates its sixth birthday, it is not only a time for reflection but also a moment to look ahead with optimism and determination.
MD Phil Glaiser told us:
“We’re well-positioned to continue our journey of growth and success in the years to come. As the company navigates the evolving landscape of the industry, we remain dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients.
“By bringing in our share scheme in early 2024, we feel our clients, as much as our workforce, will ultimately benefit.
“For our customer base, it brings peace of mind that every single person within our building is invested in the highest level of safety and quality in the vehicles that our clients are purchasing at a level beyond it being just a day’s work.
“I was also delighted to bring Jason into his new role earlier in the year. He brings a high level of care to work every day and skillset aside, he is exactly the type of person we want in leadership roles at BT-HS. His personal qualities make him a fantastic fit and he has continued to show that we made the right decision in the couple of months since this reshuffle.”
6/6/6
To coincide with the company’s 6th Birthday, BT-HS has launched it’s 6/6/6 Renault Master offer.
To celebrate 6 years, BT-HS is making 60 of its Renault Master 3.5t tail lift vehicles, all available with 6% off – for 6 weeks!
“We wanted to extend the birthday gifts to our customers.” Said Phil.
“And so, what better way than to lean into the theme of our sixth birthday by bringing savings to those looking to boost their fleets?
“Anyone interested can drop Jason an email on jgrigg@bt-hs.com and he’ll be more than happy to help. We’re already 2 weeks into the offer – so time is running out!”
