PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

December 2025/January 2026 BT-HS Promotional Terms Hire/Construction

 

  1. These Promotions Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Terms and Conditions of Website Use, our Privacy Policy, our Terms for Vehicle Construction and Conversion Services and our Terms and Conditions of Hire.

  2. From time-to-time Bespoke Traffic and Highway Solutions Ltd run promotions both through our email marketing, social media and on our website www.bt-hs.com

  3. Only one promotion can be used per order. A promotion may not be used in combination with any other promotional offers.

  4. All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.

  5. We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

  6. These offers are available to new and existing customers.

 

Vehicle Hire Offers

 

  1. The vehicle hire offers are only available on vehicle hires arranged and taken from 1st December 2025 and January 30th, 2026. Vehicles must go on hire on or before the close of business on January 30th, 2026.

  2. The vehicle hire offer is subject to any credit account or pre-payment of hire invoices to be kept inline with the invoicing terms and conditions. Any late payment or non-payment of invoices shall result in the offer becoming null and void. This condition shall be encumbered upon the entire customer credit or pro forma account and solely reserved for the offer hire contract only.

  3. 3 Months 1 Week Free Hire offer will be at zero cost once the hire period reaches 11 full weeks, week 12 shall be of zero cost.

  4. 6 Months 2 Week Free Hire offer will be at zero cost once the hire period reaches 24 full weeks, week 25 and 26 shall be of zero cost.

  5. 12 Months 3 Week Free Hire offer will be at zero cost once the hire period reaches 49 full weeks, weeks 50, 51 and 52 shall be at zero cost.

  6. The vehicle hire offers are subject to our standard terms and conditions of hire being completed in full. Should the vehicle be off hired before the end of the agreed term, the rental period will be invoiced in full.

  7. The free rental period relates to rental charges only and cannot be offset against any other charges relating to the hire term or any other hire term.

Vehicle Construction Offers

  1. The vehicle construction offers are only available on vehicle conversion or sales orders arranged and taken from 1st December 2025 and January 30th, 2026. All orders must be received and deposits cleared (if applicable) on or before the close of business (5pm) on January 30th, 2026.

  2. 5% Off Deal offer is subject to the final quotation price of a standard BTHS vehicle conversion (type depending), and any associated chassis cost. Any amendments to or additions thereof beyond a standard BTHS vehicle conversion shall be subject to normal pricing and appropriate quotation. This offer is subject to all vehicles sold over 3.5t GVW in accordance with part 14.

  3. Buy 10 get £10k off deal is subject to the final quotation price of a standard BTHS vehicle conversion (type depending), and any associated chassis cost. Any amendments to or additions thereof beyond a standard BTHS vehicle conversion shall be subject to normal pricing and appropriate quotation. Each order shall be a multiple of 10 vehicles with the discount per vehicle (£1,000) to be added to each vehicles final invoice at the point of completion. All vehicle invoice deposits must be received in conjunction with part 14 of these terms and conditions. This offer is only valid on 3.5t Traffic Management Tail Lift or 3.5t Traffic Management Mini Light Arrow vehicles only.

  4. Free LOLER Deal offer is for all 3.5t Traffic Management Tail Lift vehicles purchased and or deposited within the offer period as stated in part 14. The offer is valid for the first 12 months from the date of first registration and includes 1 standard LOLER and 1 weight test LOLER. All LOLERS within this offer are to be conducted on a return to base basis.
