Business Support Administrator

Bespoke Traffic and Highway Solutions (BT-HS) are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator.

BT-HS is a fast growing specialist vehicle converter and hirer. As a business we operate in various industries including the Traffic Management and Highways Maintenance sectors, Emergency Service and Support sectors and the vehicle manufacturing sectors. We both manufacture and hire our specialist vehicle products to SME’s and large corporate organisations.

This is an exciting time to join BT-HS as we move our entire operation into a premises in Croston, Lancashire as part of our continued successful growth.

A Business Support Administrator provides ongoing support to our entire internal operation. Conducting vital administrative related tasks relating to our company sales, vehicle hire, vehicle construction and vehicle compliance.

Part of the roles key responsibilities include:

Optimising and advancing internal administration processes to ensure customer quality of service is received. Ensuring internal administration is completed to the highest standard.
Expedite all customer enquiries relating to hire and sales.
Direct administration support to both the hire and sales managers.
Internal liaison to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers.
Answering telephone calls and emails and directing to relevant members of staff.

Therefore it is important for any candidate to have the following abilities:

Excellent telephone skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to individual and operational changes in a diverse and fast-paced organisation (no two days are the same at BT-HS)

This role is a permanent position. Monday to Friday 8-6 with 1hr lunch break.

Salary is dependant on experience, BTHS are a national living wage company. In addition to standard holiday entitlement BTHS also provide each member of staff an additional day of paid holiday for their Birthday!
